A monthly membership workshop for recurring work.Bring one problem. Leave with a tested fix you own.
Snap and Rudy, founders of The Operator Garage. One recurring frustration off your plate every month. Built at the bench. Proven by the crew.

Stop fixing it again next week.

The Operator Garage is a monthly membership workshop for recurring reports, approvals, handoffs, schedules, household systems, and the tool you keep wishing existed.

Bring one problem. Leave with the smallest fix that works, tested by real people and yours to keep.

The problem is not the 40 minutes. It is that the 40 minutes come back.

The report rebuilt every Friday. The approval only you can give. The handoff that lives in your head. You keep rescuing the process, so the process never stops needing you.

You know there has to be a better way. Finding it should not become another job on your list.

The whole sales pitch, minus the smoke

One problem in.
One fix out.

No modules. No guru. No new software unless new software wins. The Garage does three things and measures the result.

01
Bring the repeat

Show us what keeps coming back.

Describe it in plain words. What happens, how often, and what it costs you. No technical brief required.

02
Get the verdict

Use the smallest answer that can work.

The Bench diagnoses before it prescribes. Building is not the default and a $0 answer is allowed to win.

03
Make it survive

Real people test it. You keep what survives.

The crew tries it, the Bench revises it, and the Receipt records what changed, what failed, and what the fix earned.

Six honest answers. Only one per job.

The actual product

Yes, there is a real Bench.

Talk to it like a mechanic. Watch a working starter run before you approve it. Keep it, change it, or send it back in one tap. Take the full tour. The screenshot below is the working product, not a concept board.
The Build Bench mid-job: bring the recurring friction, get a working starter, approve it or send it back. A taped receipt shows 40 minutes per report cut to 8.

What “done” looks like

The Garage does not sell “better.” It measures before and after.

If the result has no baseline, it gets no victory lap. Every job closes with the cost, the result, what failed, and whether the fix earned its KEEP.

This is a demonstration job, not customer proof. The sample stamp stays on the wall until real member Receipts replace it.

Straight answers before you pay

The questions a careful operator should ask.

Skepticism is welcome here. The whole shop is built to stop a shiny answer from sneaking past an ugly number.

Is this just another AI subscription?
No. An AI subscription gives you a chat window and leaves the judgment to you. The Garage runs a method on it: a diagnosis before any prescription, one of six honest verdicts, real people testing the fix, and a measured Receipt at the end. The AI is a tool on the bench. The product is the finished, proven fix.
Does every problem become software?
No. Building is one of six verdicts, and it has to beat the alternatives honestly. Most jobs end cheaper: a change, a checklist, a purchase, or a decision to stop doing the thing at all. A $0 answer is allowed to win.
What exactly do I get each month?
Five Bench Checks, one Fabrication Credit toward an eligible working build, crew Shakedown testing when your fix reaches its Proof Run, revision support when it does not survive, the Builder Handoff Kit, and the Tool Shed of proven member fixes. Everything the bench makes for you is yours outright.
Who owns the result?
You do, outright. The files, the blueprint, the Builder Handoff Kit prompt. Cancel tomorrow and everything the bench made for you goes with you.
What happens if the test fails?
Crew members run a Shakedown and reply with what they tried, what happened, and one number. If the fix does not survive, the failure gets written down and published with the same dignity as a win, and the job goes to Revision Bay: change it, retest it, or scrap it honestly. A scrapped build is an answer, not a loss.
What should I never submit?
Client personal data, passwords, financial account details, or regulated records. The bench works from your description and seeded demo data. Real records go into the tool only after it is on your own device.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, on Skool, no call required. You keep everything that was built for you, and there is no forced maintenance subscription; prototypes are simple by design and the Handoff Kit lets any AI or developer take them further. Shed access ends with membership; your own work never does.

Bring the mess. Leave with the fix.
